As of the date above, this site carries no affiliate links, no referral partnerships, and no paid placements. Every outbound link currently on the site points to a primary source (FDA, DailyMed, NIH, CMS) or a manufacturer’s official page, and none of them earn us anything. This section will be updated when that changes.
How we intend to make money
- Display advertising, kept visually separate from editorial content.
- Newsletter sponsorships, labeled as sponsored within the newsletter.
- Referral relationships with licensed telehealth providers, where legally appropriate and only after we verify them.
- Affiliate relationships for non-prescription products where they are genuinely relevant and legally permissible.
How you will know a link is monetized
Every monetized link on this site carries rel="sponsored nofollow" in its markup and a visible disclosure next to the link itself — not buried in a footer. If a link does not say it is monetized, it is not.
Our code enforces this: monetized links can only be rendered through a single component that always applies both the rel attributes and the disclosure text. There is no path in the codebase to publish a bare affiliate link.
What we verify before listing any provider
- That clinicians they use hold active licenses in the states where they treat patients.
- That they require a genuine clinical evaluation rather than a rubber-stamp questionnaire.
- That prescriptions are dispensed by state-licensed pharmacies.
- That they do not market unapproved or compounded drugs as equivalent to FDA-approved products.
- We record the date of that verification and display it. A provider we have not verified does not appear on this site, regardless of what they offer to pay.
What money cannot buy here
- A description of a provider as licensed or legitimate. That comes only from our own verification.
- Favorable or altered medical content about any drug.
- Placement in a comparison, or a change to how a comparison reads.
- Removal or softening of safety information, boxed warnings, or FDA status labeling.
- Any link to a seller of prescription medication that operates without prescriptions or outside state pharmacy licensure — we will not carry these at any price.
- Any purchase pathway for an investigational compound or "research peptide." Never, at any price.
Advertising and editorial separation
Advertisers and referral partners do not see content before publication, cannot request changes, and have no input into what we cover or how we describe it. Editorial decisions are made without reference to commercial relationships.
